Taking charge, explained

Jag ville ladda mobilen, men alla uttag var upptagna, utan undantag.

I actually said the sentence above to my aunts at an airport once. It means, almost word for word, “I wanted to charge my cell phone [literally the mobile], but all of the outlets were occupied, without exception.” The humor is not in the meaning of the words or the sentence, but rather in the repeated use of the “tag” infix and prepositions beginning with the letter u.
